Happy Pet Organics ships USPS, FedEx or UPS. At checkout, you will be given the opportunity to choose your shipping method.
Delivery Time
Happy Pet Organics works with many small producers of unique items.
All products are hand made in small batches. Items in stock will ship within 24 hours of the order receipt.
For products not in stock, an email will be sent within 24 hours giving you an estimated date for shipping.
Once your package ships, you will be provided a tracking number so that you may track your package’s shipping progress.
You may receive multiple packages directly from different manufacturers if you order products from different artisans from this site. This may be done to speed up the delivery process and is done at no additional cost to you, the customer.
Return Policy
Please contact us prior to returning any product. Returns are generally accepted only for defective merchandise, given the nature of the products we sell.
